Rules of the Server

Please review the rules before starting the game. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from responsibility.

1. General Rules
  • 1. Direct, obvious and blatant insults toward other players, and provocative messages on the server
    • Punishment: Chat mute for 1 to 5 hours
  • 2. Repeatedly sending identical messages (flooding)
    • Punishment: Chat mute for 30 minutes to 3 hours
  • 3. Begging for in-game and out-of-game valuables (begging)
    • Punishment: Chat mute for 5 minutes to 3 hours
  • 4. Insulting the server or its staff (administrators, moderators) (telling off a player or the administration/moderation will also be considered an insult)
    • Punishment: Account ban for 30 days (donation may be revoked)
  • 5. Threats of moral or physical harm in real life
    • Punishment: Account ban for 1 to 5 days (+donation revoked)
  • 6. Inciting conflicts based on ethnicity, religion, gender, or age
    • Punishment: Account ban for 1 to 5 days (donation may be revoked)
  • 7. Using a nickname containing offensive words, profanity, or words with clear pornographic or provocative content
    • Punishment: Account ban for 1 to 5 days
  • 8. Attempting to obtain a player's account password
    • Punishment: Account ban for 5 to 30 days (+donation revoked)
  • 9. Discriminating against players based on gender, age, religion, or other characteristics
    • Punishment: Account ban for 1 to 3 hours
  • 10. Discriminating against inexperienced players, spreading misinformation
    • Punishment: Account ban for 5 to 30 days (+donation revoked)
  • 14. Asking players for passwords on behalf of the Administration or server
    • Punishment: Permanent account ban (+donation revoked)
  • 15. Building structures or creating items/signs of an offensive nature, or 18+ content
    • Punishment: Account ban for 1 to 5 hours (donation may be revoked)
  • 16. Clan prefixes of an indecent nature, or the use of administration group names (applies to both the clan creator and its members)
    • Punishment: Permanent account ban (+donation revoked)
  • 17. Advertising other servers, websites, groups, etc.
    • Punishment: Permanent account ban (+donation revoked)
  • 18. Banning/muting/kicking/unbanning/unmuting a player for an incorrect reason, or using profanity in the punishment note. It is forbidden to remove your own mute if it was issued to you correctly. It is forbidden to remove a punishment from a person who violated the server rules and received it. It is forbidden to give yourself a punishment for an incorrect reason. Every donator who issues a punishment must have evidence of the player's violations
    • Punishment: Permanent account ban (+donation revoked)
  • 19. Using bugs or dupes (allowed only if you have reported it to the server's technical support and have not shared it with other players)
    • Punishment: Permanent account ban (+donation revoked)
  • 20. Breaking/placing blocks in random patterns in order to degrade the biome (allowed within your own region)
    • Punishment: Permanent account ban (+donation revoked)
  • 21. Threatening someone with a ban (warnings not to violate the rules do not count)
    • Punishment: Account ban for 3 to 24 hours (donation may be revoked)
  • 22. Using donation features during PvP/griefing
    • Punishment: Account ban for 1 to 5 days (donation may be revoked)
  • 23. Giving away valuable resources (including building materials) from creative mode to unfamiliar players
    • Punishment: Account ban for 3 to 24 hours (donation may be revoked)
  • 24. Selling/buying accounts on the server
    • Punishment: Permanent account ban (+donation revoked)
  • 25. Writing in chat about selling an account
    • Punishment: Permanent account ban (+donation revoked)
  • 26. Abusing the /say, /me, and other commands
    • Punishment: Permanent account ban (+donation revoked)
  • 27. Holding contests, or simply giving away privileges, donation cases, and other in-game valuables without the Project Administrator's permission
    • Punishment: Permanent account ban (+donation revoked)
  • 28. Using a regular/4D/5D skin that provides an advantage in PvP (invisible, too large, or too small); the skin must not be smaller than two blocks or larger than four blocks, and must not contain pornographic/erotic content
    • Punishment: Account ban for 3 to 24 hours (donation may be revoked)
  • 29. Insulting or mentioning someone's family members in an offensive manner
    • Punishment: Permanent account ban (donation may be revoked)
  • 30. Evading any punishment by switching accounts or IP address (if the player continues to violate the rules while doing so)
    • Punishment: Account ban for the maximum period (+donation revoked)
  • 31. Teleporting a player to yourself without reason
    • Punishment: Account ban for 3 days (+donation revoked)
  • 32. Placing objects that overload the server hardware
    • Punishment: Permanent account ban (+donation revoked)
  • 33. Discussing politics/military actions in any form, or creating buildings or clans with names that in any way relate to politics or military actions
    • Punishment: A warning in the form of a 30-minute chat mute, then a 10-hour account ban, then a 3-day ban (donation may be revoked)
  • 34. Giving yourself a punishment with a short duration in order to avoid a proper punishment
    • Punishment: Permanent account ban (+donation revoked)

Important Information

* By playing on our servers, you are required to review these rules.
* Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from responsibility and punishment.
* The rules may be supplemented or changed at any time, without mandatory notice to players.
* The server administration independently determines the type and severity of the punishment depending on the nature of the violation: a warning, a temporary ban, or a permanent ban.
* You agree that after successful payment for services, you will not file claims against payment systems.
* Money spent on server services is non-refundable if the service was fully provided after the privilege was granted, except in cases where the service was not provided or was only partially provided.
* Refunds are made only to the payment details used for the original payment (bank card, e-wallet, etc.).
* A refund request can be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of payment.
* Refunds are possible only in case of full or partial non-performance of the service.
